Kathleen McBee started her career as a CPA for Ernst & Whinney in Toledo, Ohio.  She recently retired after 27 years in the automotive industry working for Tenneco.  In her tenure at Tenneco she worked in various positions in Finance from Accounts Payable Supervisor to the Sr Finance Manager for Shared Finance in North America.  Kathleen has always felt the most rewarding part of her job was helping people solve problems, navigate the accounting system and training/mentoring finance professionals. She recently took this passion and started her own company, McBee Accounting Support, providing accounting assistance to companies in transition.  The company specializes in general ledger management, process flows and control improvements. Although working for a fortune 500 company is very demanding Kathleen has been very dedicated to her family, active in her church and rediscovered her forgotten passion for theater.  She has served on the board of Monroe Community Players and performed in multiple productions from the Downriver Actors Guild in Wyandotte to The Toledo Reporatory in Toledo.
